  • Responsible for completing maintenance and construction jobs with high quality and managing material, equipment, expenses and a crew to ensure work is completed in a timely, safe and profitable manner. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Leads crew to perform work orders. This includes direction at the job-site as well as making sure all administrative work (hours/DOT logs/expenses/etc.) is completed for the entire crew.

    Completes work using industry standards and construction knowledge, working solo or with crew.

    Assists in scheduling and developing Operations Plan for projects.

    Consistently monitors expenses and stays within budget.

    Completes paperwork and customer requirements in a timely fashion.

    Manages material and equipment ordering.

    Communicates with both internal and external customers in a professional, courteous manner.

    Creates comprehensive, accurate scopes of work and clearly relays the information needed for an accurate bid to be created.

    Ensures that all work at each job-site is completed safely. Makes adherence to company and OSHA safety procedures a top priority.

    Landscaping knowledge such as plant identification and spraying license is preferred.

    Ability to complete small engine repairs and maintenance.

    Qualifications:

    Must pass drug screen and have a valid driver’s license. Must have good driving record and be able to be insured to drive by S.J. Smith’s insurance provider.

    Class A CDL preferred

    Job requires 100% travel, must be willing to be out of town for extended periods of time.

    Must be flexible with hours and shifts. Working time often depends upon customer requirements.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Completes work using industry standards and construction knowledge.

    Operates and maintains a variety of vehicles and heavy machinery in order to repair and maintain storm water systems and retention ponds.

    Operates equipment to dig and move earth as required.

    Completes equipment checklist and ensures information is accurate and turned in to supervisor before leaving on Monday mornings.

    Communicates with direct supervision on a daily basis.

    Responsible and expected to utilize safety equipment provided by Kleenco.

    Responsible and expected to report to work on time, well groomed and dressed appropriately.

    Executes operational plan as directed according to job requirements.

This is a full time position, in an over-the-road setting. This is an hourly position, with market-competitive rates that are based upon your experience level.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Must have valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain Class A CDL

    Class A CDL preferred

    Willing to be trained and complete requirements for Class A CDL

    Job is on-the-road construction. We supply hotel rooms and a daily meal allowance so you must be able to be away from home for a week at a time.

    Experience finishing concrete
